Fantastic stay, no complains at all, we 100% recommend. This hotel was brilliant place for exploring Santa Cruz, liked it. We booked a double room and could use wake-up service, available in it. Soft beds. Nice interior, great restaurant.

Thanks for a fairly nice experience we had at this cozy hotel. Absolutely perfect location, nice bar, extremely friendly staff. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. Good hot breakfast, friendly service. Relaxed by the pool, it was great, especially when the weather was wonderful.

The hotel was CHARMING, my room was reasonably large. The staff did all they can for a lovely stay. I slept so comfy in the comfy bed. Decent facilities and the pool was heated.
